Channel Goals

Want to share goals for your channel with your community? Here's how!

Updated over 3 months ago

How it works

Channel goals are a way to display and share with your community objectives that you have set, whether it is a follower, subscriber or tip amount goal.

When you have a channel goal enabled, it displays under your broadcast and is updated in real time.

You can set more than one goal, if they are of the same type, allowing you to plan ahead.

When your goal is reached, it will automatically show the next one if there is another goal set. If no other goal is set, your current goal will stay under your stream until you manually remove it or set a new one.

Setting up new channel goals

To set up new channel goals, go to your waiting room and click on the Channel Goals icon.

You can then choose what type of goal you want to set up:

  • Follower: this is measured by the number of followers on your channel

  • Subscriber: this is measured by the number of subscribers on your channel

  • Tip: this is measured by the number of tokens tipped on your channel

Define a title for your goal - it is best practice to describe what will happen when the goal is reached in that section.

Define the amount of follower/subscriber/tip you want for your goal.

You can add more than one goal if you want to plan ahead. Only the current goal will display under your broadcast.

You can edit/delete your channel goals at any time by clicking on the 3-dots icon on your current channel goal or on the channel goal icon under your broadcast.
