Accessing your Creator Dashboard
As a creator, you have access to a dashboard that contains everything related to your streams. To access you Creator Dashboard, make sure you are signed in, click on your profile picture on the top right of the header and select "Creator Dashboard".
Overview
Balance
Users can subscribe, tip and buy passes using tokens on your broadcasts. This will accrue a British Pounds balance on your channel, which can then be converted directly back into tokens or you can initiate a request for payout.
Convert to tokens
Balance earned can be converted back into tokens if you choose to, which can then be used to subscribe, tip and buy passes on other channels.
Request payout
The minimum requirement to initiate a payout is £100 in balance.
When you are eligible for a payout, clicking the Request Payout button will redirect you to onboard through Stripe.

Revenue chart
Your revenue can be tracked on a chart to see a breakdown of the different revenue streams. You can also choose which timeframe you're viewing your revenue for.

A revenue breakdown is available, highlighting recent events that relate to your balance.
Branding
Customise your channel's banner or offline poster which is displayed to use when you are offline.

Click "Update Banner"
Once selected you can crop and adjust your upload

Channel Emotes
We support uploads for static or animated emotes.
You can have up to 60 active channel emotes
You can store up to 240 emotes in your library
Emote Prefix
You can freely customise your emote prefix with a maximum limit of 10 characters.

Subscriptions

Subscription price
bump allows you to change your subscription price, under the Subscription tab in the Creator Dashboard. You can choose whichever price you want to set for your subscribers to pay monthly.
The subscription price is set in Tokens.
Click the "Edit" icon
Click "Update"
You can change your subscription price at any point.
⚠️ Important: some subscribers have monthly rolling subscriptions turned on, which means that the tokens are automatically taken from their accounts every month, if they have the amount available in their current balance.
Decreasing your subscription price will be reflected in monthly rolling subscriptions.
Increasing your subscription price will stop all monthly rolling subscriptions and users will need to manually resubscribe to your channel to agree to the increased pricing.
Subscriber badges
You can customise badges for your subscribers and allow them to show their support in the chat with a personal badge. Additional subscriber badge slots can be unlocked by reaching your first unlock milestone on your 2.5 year bump anniversary.

Stream
This section contains anything related to your stream, including your Stream Key, the price for your future broadcasts, as well as the Stream Info section.
