What is ID Verification?
We partner with Yoti, a secure third-party verification service, to ensure our platform's safety. This process helps verify your age while maintaining your privacy.
Why is ID Verification needed?
ID Verification is needed if you want to create adult content or request payouts.
What information do we use?
We only receive your date of birth from Yoti
No other personal information is stored
The verification is purely to confirm you meet the age requirements
Verification Steps
Log into your bump account
Navigate to the Account panel in Settings
Find the ID Verification panel
Click "Verify"
Complete the Yoti verification process
Wait for confirmation toast (usually instant)
Verification Badge
The verified badge should appear immediately after successful verification
The badge confirms you've completed the age verification process
Once you've completed and passed ID Verification, the birthdate field in your settings will be locked and cannot be updated manually
Your channel will also display a grey verified checkmark throughout the website
Troubleshooting
If your verified badge doesn't appear:
Wait a few minutes and refresh the page
Try the verification process again
