Welcome to bump, A new era of Live Streaming. For everyone.

Our mission is to empower creators and viewers to connect, express, and thrive in a diverse, inclusive, and safe community. To achieve this, we’ve established guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone. By using bump, you agree to adhere to these guidelines.

1. Safety and Wellbeing

Self-Harm and Dangerous Activities: Content glorifying, promoting, or encouraging self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or other forms of self-injury is strictly prohibited.

Discussions raising awareness or providing educational support on these topics are permitted but must be done responsibly.

Prohibited Dangerous Acts: Reckless behaviors such as dangerous stunts, misuse of substances, or physically harmful challenges are not allowed. Drinking streams or similar content must not promote excessive or unsafe behavior.

Reporting Resources: If you or someone you know is struggling, please seek help through trusted resources.

2. Harassment and Abuse

Zero Tolerance for Harassment: Bullying, intimidation, doxxing, dogpiling, and other forms of harassment—both on and off the platform—are prohibited. This includes threats, hate speech, and harmful or degrading commentary.

Sexual Harassment: Unwanted sexual comments, advances, or objectifying language, whether directed at creators, viewers, or guests, are banned. Non-consensual intimate imagery is not permitted and may result in immediate removal and law enforcement reporting.

3. Inclusivity and Respect

Hateful Conduct: Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics is prohibited.

Content fostering dehumanization, exclusion, or violence is unacceptable.

Community Engagement: Foster respect and understanding in your streams and interactions. Use bump as a platform to build connections, not to divide.

4. Adult Content

Creators must be streaming with the Adult Content flag enabled for any content which meets these criteria.

Categorization and Restrictions: Adult content, including sexually explicit material, must be tagged appropriately and remain behind Adult Content flag.

Public-facing content (e.g., banners, thumbnails) must be free of nudity or explicit themes.

Consent and Verification: All adult content must feature consenting participants aged 18 or older. AI-generated figures resembling hyperrealistic humans also require explicit consent documentation.

Prohibited Content: Advertisement or solicitation of prostitution or escort services, non-consensual acts, and sexualized depictions of minors (real or fictional) are strictly banned.

5. Copyright and Authenticity

Intellectual Property: Use only content you own or have permission to share. Piracy, use of unlicensed media, and distributing unauthorized content are violations.

Impersonation and Misinformation: Deceptive practices, including impersonating others or spreading false claims, are prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activities: Content involving illegal acts, including drug trafficking, human trafficking, or violence, is not allowed.

bump reserves the right to report such activity to authorities.

Scams: Hosting or promoting scams or multi-level marketing schemes is banned.

Weapons and Violence: Distribution or glorification of weapons or violent acts is prohibited, except in an educational, historical, or fictional context.

7. Attire and Conduct

Appropriate Attire: Streamers must wear context-appropriate attire where possible.

Reports of deceptive or deceitful attempts to bypass flagging content appropriately will be reviewed.

Misclassification and the use of the Adult Content flag can and will lead to actions being applied to your account at our own discretion if abuse is found.

8. Reporting and Enforcement

Reporting Violations: If you encounter content or behaviour that violates these guidelines, report it using our in-platform tools. Reports are confidential and will be reviewed promptly.

Enforcement: Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. Severe violations may also involve law enforcement.

bump’s guidelines are designed to evolve with our community’s needs. We value your feedback as we strive to maintain a safe, creative, and inclusive environment for all.

Together, let’s make bump a platform where everyone can thrive.
